Faye Caughey is the Co-Founder and Director of Kaibizzen, a Brisbane-based business coaching firm she established with her husband, Rob Caughey. With over 30 years of experience in business and nearly two decades in coaching, Faye specializes in helping business owners achieve clarity and align their operations with personal lifestyle goals. Her expertise lies in facilitating peak performance, enhancing profitability, and developing accountable, high-performing teams. Demelza Fellowes | Professional Netball Athlete / Head of Event Services at Brisbane Economic Development Agency

Demelza has about 20 years of professional netball career across Australia and New Zealand, playing over 185 national league games with 16 years in finals series. As the Senior Manager of Major Events Acquisitions of Economic Development Agency, she works implements major event development and acquisition to enhance the City’s global reputation, drive visitation, and attract investment and talent that will enhance sustainable economic growth. Also a Board Director at Women Sport Australia, Demelza champions gender equality, ensures women in sport are celebrated and promoted, and engages with decision-makers to help influence change.
