What is this Course is About
Join like-minded professionals in NZ to experience Leading SAFe 6.0, in-person, in Auckland!
SAFe® is short for the Scaled Agile Framework. It is where Agile meets scale. Take a Leading SAFe course to discover how companies can build business agility, and how to make SAFe work inside your organization. You’ll come away with an understanding of how to align your entire organization around the same clear objectives, and how to improve the flow of value and work from strategy to delivery. You’ll learn what makes companies more customer-centric and how to run key SAFe alignment and planning events, like PI planning.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the day, participants would have learnt the following SAFe lean-Agile principles through theoretical and practical exercises. Taught by master visual facilitator and Agile Coach, Zhi Lee, together with NZ's only SAFe premier trainer, Russell Andrews, we complement the prescribed theory book with experiential activities.
More information about SAFe 6.0 can be found here.
