Event description

Please note:
The webinar has ended. Once collated, the recordings and slides will be uploaded on the Pro Bono Australia site here: https://probonoaustralia.com.au/education/

In this free, online webinar you'll hear from four strategists who will highlight the critical questions that not for profits need to be asking to survive now and prepare for the post-pandemic period.

There always have been and always will be difficult times. And then there was 2020. In times of crisis, how can leaders effectively steer the ship, and set up for success after the storm?

Join George Liacos, Felicity Green, Neil Pharaoh and Richie Feder from Spark Strategy as they deliver a crash course in all things social sector strategy. They'll make sure that you're across the strategy essentials that will make the most difference during these uncertain times.

This practical session will draw on NFP strategy best practice derived from a portfolio of hundreds of NFP strategic plans to deep-dive into business model designs and government engagement strategies. It'll also contain fresh insights learned from the past month, including the challenges, tough decisions and (both big and small) wins in which Spark Strategy has been involved.

You’ll learn:

  • what strategic questions you need to be asking during this time of crisis;
  • how to kickstart the transformation of your business model;
  • the essential elements to consider if you have to re-cut your operating model; and
  • the most effective way of engaging with government during COVID-19.

Who should attend?

This webinar will provide clarity and strategic recommendations to NFP leaders who are responding to the COVID-19 crisis. Also, all of those in the social services sector and for-purpose sector, including social enterprise.

Ticket price:

  • Live access to the webinar — all you need is a computer and/or phone
  • Access to the interactive chat box to have your questions answered live
  • Digital Post Webinar Pack — the packs are emailed to you a week after the webinar and include the audio and visual recordings, and slide deck.

Presented by:

George Liacos, managing director of Spark Strategy, and Felicity Green, Neil Pharaoh and Richie Feder, associate directors of Spark Strategy.
