About the Leading4Breakthrough Program

Leading4Breakthrough® is a Strategic Innovation Playbook that takes leaders sequentially through eight discrete domains of innovation competency.

Whether the challenge is strategy, new employee value propositions, service development, compliance, or cultural transformation, this program will produce solutions that are both useful and innovative.  Whilst each of these approaches can (and usually are) used as innovation methods in their own right, in this case they are cherry-picked for the attributes that make them uniquely effective in a strategic capacity.

It recognises that different types of innovation problems require different approaches and provides leaders with a repertoire of methods that will enable them to choose appropriately. This gives leaders exposure to a wide range of skills and creates fluency in the dominant innovation methods.

The careful sequencing of these approaches enables participating leaders to work through and resolve an organisational challenge that is a strategic imperative.
