Are you ready to lead like a Queen?
Lead Like a Queen is a transformational 10 week journey for inspiring female leaders and entrepreneurs willing to connect with ancestral feminine wisdom and open to more joy, flow, grace and power in their personal lives, in their businesses and careers.
Join us for this unique adventure as I lead you through a bespoke process to reveal your Powerful Queen and practice Sacred Leadership.
What does the Journey look like? Here are the dates to put in your diary:
WEEK 1: MEEETING YOUR INNER QUEEN
We kick off in style with a great face to face Opening Ceremony that invites all participants to meet each other in a beautiful environment with exotic drinks and delicious nibbles, and we start uncovering your Values, Purpose and Intentions through powerful rituals. Get to know your own inner Queen, meet the Personal Confidante who will journey and practice with you for the next 10 weeks and get your Royal Manuscript: a precious roadmap with instructions for the fabulous adventure that awaits!
WEEK 2: CHOOSING YOUR CROWN JEWELS: Welcome to the Virtual Castle! Today we’ll be looking at the jewels in your treasure’s trove: What is your Vision? What’s your Passion? What are your Strengths? What’s your Mission? What makes you different from other Queens and what do you have in common? This fun and interactive session will help you reveal yourself to yourself as you reveal it to others. You’ll find out what you are made of and what you stand for!
WEEK 3: LEADING WITH GRACE: This week is all about Mindfulness. Discover how to develop the capacity to remain calm and still in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, how to regulate your emotions and get out of fight flight freeze or please when you are triggered, and how to check that your words, thoughts and actions match the Queen that you want to be in the world!
WEEK 4: AUTHORITY WITH AUTHENTICITY: Having established a foundation of Mindfulness, we explore Authenticity. This week you focus on the essence of who you are and how you are expressing it in the world. Using embodiment practices, you will be equipped with your personal compass to facilitate decision making, and staying true to who you are. It’s also the week where you learn how to be more elegant in Making Requests and establishing Strong Boundaries.
WEEK 5: COURAGE: This week you’ll learn how to unleash your inner Courage to conquer your fears and take risks that bring you closer to achieving your dreams. You’ll also learn about my unique proven processes for resolving conflict and giving constructive feedback. Awaken the warrior within, and discover the fire of your personal power.
WEEK 6: TURNING YOUR VISION INTO REALITY: We celebrate being halfway through our journey and meet in person for an afternoon of exciting crafting and visualisation. I will assist you in creating your Personal Vision Board that will help you anchor your vision in reality, affirm your desires, remember what you want to achieve and reflect on your legacy.
WEEK 7: THE RESILIENT RULER: This week is all about Resilience and Non-Attachment. This is a key session in these special times. When you take some risks, they may or may not produce the outcomes you’ve been expecting. So to remain focused and motivated to keep going. I will share unique techniques to deal with uncertainty and overcome setbacks, insecurities and relationship issues. You will not only learn to bounce back but ALSO to bounce forward: You will receive my exclusive “self-care kit” to help you navigate the rollercoaster of life with confidence and poise.
WEEK 8: CONQUERING NEW TERRITORIES: This week is all about Openness and Creativity. You’ll learn about developing your imagination and your curiosity and how to easily avoid getting caught in drama. This is about being willing to embrace new things, fresh ideas and unusual experiences. Getting out of your comfort zone and exploring the edges where growth happens. It will make it easier to see strangers as friends you haven’t met yet and having a sense of home wherever you are. This is key to increase your impact in the world and see your Queendom expands.
WEEK 9: COLLABORATE WITH MAJESTY: Last but not least, this week is about the MACRO vision, seeing the big picture and developing a perspective of the whole system. This session will underline the importance of interconnection and having each other's backs. I will take you through unique activities around trust building and share easy ways to improve your collaboration skills so that you can get better at being an essential part of the collective.
WEEK 10: CELEBRATE YOUR RADIANCE: This is it! You’ve done it! It’s now Coronation Time and in this phenomenal face to face Closing Ceremony you get to celebrate your journey and your achievements. Many other adventures are around the corner and you can now face them from a different state. One where you are fully aware of your influence on your environment and the interdependent world you are part of. Having strengthened your own network you can now face the next steps with a sense that there will always be other empowered women by your side and that together we rise!

Over the past 20 years, I've worked with thousands of people across all walks of life to help them access the life they deserve and have the impact on the world we all need.
I've helped people see through their walls, believe in their dreams and rise above their self-sabotage behaviours.
As women, one of the most common issues we face is the belief that we are not enough. That's why I've created "Lead Like a Queen" programs and retreats.
What I've discovered in my own journey is that there are things you just can't do alone. We need other empowered women to gently reflect back what we can't yet see about ourselves, to nurture us when we're feeling down and support us as we grow and develop.
It's a dream come true for me to co-create a go-to community that will always be there for the highs and lows. We are so much stronger and better together!
