Lean In Postpartum Support Group

-Are you concerned you may be experiencing depression or anxiety while pregnant or within the first year after childbirth?

-Are you experiencing life or parenting stressors?

-Are you looking to increase your support system?

If you answered yes, this support group is for you.

Facilitated by Jordyn Jondle at Bloom Women's Wellness, we provide a safe and supportive environment for you to share your thoughts and concerns, while learning new coping techniques. If you are a mother with a baby under 12 months, please consider joining us. Feel free to bring partners and support persons with you. Babies under 12 months are welcome to come along! We want to create as cozy and warm of an experience that we can for you- So come and join us over some coffee + conversation.

This support group is free. Feel free to participate as often as you desire. This is will be held over Zoom and will be facilitated with the Rose curriculum.
