Learn about our next Transformation Mastery (ICE-EC) cohort program, which starts February 24th

For more than 20 years Michael Spayd has been working and teaching at the leading edge of transformation, both in organizations and with transformation leaders themselves. For the past 3 years, he has collaborated with others to develop the Integral Sensemaking & Action framework, a successor to the work in his book, Agile Transformation. 

This orientation session will introduce you to our program for Enterprise Coaching competency, called Transformation Mastery: The Integral Sensemaking Path to Agile Transformation. I can honestly say that this is the developmental learning program I was born to create and lead. It is demanding, inspiring and nurturing. This ICE-EC certified program is designed specifically for those who are serious about enterprise transformation mastery, both inner and outer.

Michael is excited to be joined in this program by his co-leader, Randolf Speigner, who has been through the cohort journey, then went on to found CoGrow, where he developed his own enterprise coach cohort programs, in addition to being an advanced practitioner of transformation work.

Michael & Randolf will speak about the program, share the intention and design principle that animates it, and provide some key logistical information to help you discern if this might be the right next step on your own journey. Along the way, you may even experience an insight or two. There will be plenty of time for questions and inquiry.
