Future Skills, Fun Competition & Creative Tech — All in One Workshop!
Looking for an exciting, educational experience that gives your child a real head start in design, technology, and creative problem-solving? This hands-on workshop is built for curious minds aged 11–14, and is a blend of engineering, creativity, and hands on experience.
🛠️ What Your Child Will Do:
Over two afternoons
1:30 PM - 5:00 PM Thursday the 10 of July
1:30 PM - 4:00 PM Friday the 11 of July
💻 Design custom race car parts using Onshape, a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tool used by real-world engineers and designers.
🔧 Build and personalise their race car, gaining experience in design, 3D modeling, and hands-on assembly.
🏁 Have a fun competition in a exciting race and “The Coolest Car” with fun prizes to be won!
Whether your child is a total beginner or already dabbling in design, they’ll love this fun, creative, and skill-building project.
👩💻 What to Bring:
A laptop with an Onshape account (browser-based, no install needed, free)
A computer mouse (highly recommended!)
Lunch/snack and a water bottle
A ready-to-learn, imaginative attitude!
