Learn How To Draw Portraits (Gold Coast 10-Week Course)

From Monday August 26th Jason Clarke will present his 10 week Portrait Course. This course will focus on drawing the human face, breaking down facial features, and learning how to utilise tone to draw more realistically. Each week you will focus on how to draw a specific element of the face. Students will work through practical exercises, with demos and one-to-one time with Jason. This course is for perfect for beginners, but is great for those with experience too.

COURSE OUTLINE:
- History, proportions, orientation
- Tone, shapes & planes
- Eyes
- Nose
- Mouth (and teeth)
- Ears
- Hair
- Facial expressions
- "Putting it all together"
- Where to go from here?
- Experimenting with colour

CLASSES:
Classes will run on Monday morning (9:30am -12:00pm) and Monday evening (6:30pm -9:00pm). You only need to attend once a week.

FEE: 

The full course fee is $647, with partial payment available. This includes all handouts, references, and colour materials.

You will need some basic drawing supplies for your course.
