Learn how to use gluten free pastry with Jo Seagar!  A fantastic free event (coinciding with Coeliac Awareness Week) on Friday 11 June from 12 - 2pm at the Riverside Kitchen, Mezzanine Level of Riverside Market.  Jo Seagar, the queen of New Zealand baking and ambassador for Pavillion Foods will demonstrate cooking with gluten free pastry and delicious products from Food Nation & pass on her tips & tricks. Thank you to Riverside Kitchen and to Pavillion for hosting this fantastic event.  The event is free but registration is required.
