UPDATE 20/9/2024 - EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS

Would you like to learn & practice te reo Māori through some kēmu (games), waiata and practical activities? 

Why not join others and and celebrate Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori/ Māori Language Week at the library. 

Te Reo Māori teacher Kate White will have activities and games aimed at beginners of varying levels. The event is free and suitable for adults and keen children and teenagers. Please register so we ensure we have enough materials and games for everyone. 

Good chance to learn something new or practice what you already know, build your confidence with te reo Māori and of course have some fun!
