Event description

A series of FREE workshops on how to use the new Field Guide to Koala Habitat Trees of the Far North Coast NSW booklet.

This booklet includes a key to 32 Eucalypt species found in the Northern Rivers. 

An additional 39 common species found in koala habitat are also included.

Each species has images of the bark, tree, buds and fruit, descriptions, top tips, and similar species.

A free copy of the booklet will be provided to each participant free of charge.

Also please  register as location details will be given on booking. It also helps us to know numbers for catering.

The workshop will include undercover and field components. Participants will be notified beforehand if postponed due to weather. 

Please wear covered shoes, long sleeved shirt, and pants or have suitable sun and insect protection.

Light beverages and lunch are provided. 

Please BYO drinking water. BYO fold up chair for lunch in the field weather permitting

28th April 9.15am meet at entrance to property. Look for Landcare sign, on RHS after Owens Bridge creek crossing.
