Description

We have been making cheese for a few years and are keen to share our little knowledge and experience with anyone interested. We will be making a maturing cheese (selection done a few days before) and share our experiences. We can tall you how to make a cheese cave too. Really easy.

We have been primarily eating self-made cheese for a few years now.
