Sattva Meditation is a kriya and mantra based system from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition, designed to increase your access to the field of silence, it benefits all aspects of your life & expands your state of consciousness. This Sattva Meditation Initiation Course is for Yoga students who are ready to expand through a consistent self-guided meditation practice
