Sound Foundations is the entry-level Personal Practice Pathway within Sacred Sounds Discovery Pathways™, designed to empower you with the essential foundations of sound, frequency, and crystal singing bowl practice for personal wellbeing, meditation, and conscious self-care.

Our crystal singing bowl workshops are facilitated by qualified sound therapists with experience across personal practice, private sessions, and group soundbath facilitation. Our facilitators are multi-instrumental practitioners, offering guidance in creating intuitive and therapeutic soundscapes incorporating crystal bowls, voice, drums, percussion, chimes, and other sacred sound tools.

What sets our workshops apart is the fusion of intuition, formal training, and a deep understanding of the therapeutic effects of sound and frequency. You will learn how frequencies interact with the human biofield, how to sense energetic imbalances, and how to apply sound intentionally to restore harmony and balance across mind, body, and spirit.
