Learn to Round - Maharishi Asana Sequence

Learn the powerful practice of Rounding, a carefully curated sequence of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation that swiftly removes fatigue and stressors from the body, allowing for the expansion of consciousness, and as Maharishi so beautifully cognised, access the 'Dawn of Unboundedness'.

This is an introductory workshop to the Maharishi Asana Sequence where you will learn the sequence with proper instruction. We will practice one round together, and you will receive a take home instruction sheet so you can continue to practice at home.

This workshop is for you if:
> You have learnt Vedic or Transcendental Meditation
> Have been practicing the 'old' rounding sequence, and want to learn the Maharishi Sequence
> Have yet to learn any rounding sequence
> Are attending the upcoming Vedic Rounding Day Mini Retreat on Sunday 16th February - a great way to prepare by receiving initial instruction at this introductory workshop.

Once we have completed the workshop component, there will be time to stay for a cup of dandy chai, and connect with your fellow Vedic Community!
