Free workshops for expectant fathers

Led by trained facilitators who are also experienced dads, these are one-off sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings in Norwich, providing information based on what veteran fathers said they wished they known when expecting their first child. 

Plus further support via WhatsApp and a check-in call once your baby has been born.

In the three hour workshop you will find out: 

• How to support your partner during birth and the weeks that follow 

• Get advice on bonding with your baby 

• How to prepare for the life changes that parenthood brings.   

Hear from and talk to men who’ve recently become dads about their experience.
