Event description

The San Geronimo Valley Community Center’s Deepening Roots Legacy Circle is proud to join with experts and community partners to share valuable information about estate, legacy, and future care planning.

On July 14th and 21st at 1:30 pm there will be a 2 part Learning For Life: Planning for the Future presentation on Health Care Directives. This will be an opportunity to create and complete your own Health Care Directive.  Dr. David Lakes, and Marian Cremin, LCSW, Medical Social Worker, DipIBLM will provide forms and answer pertinent questions.
