Since launching the company in 2014, Neil has transformed it into a powerhouse across the residential and SME sectors, offering innovative solutions in Energy, Broadband, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and beyond.

Under Neil’s strategic leadership, Compare & Connect has raised over $20 million in investment, acquired prominent brands such as YourPorter, FastConnect-NZ, and HomeNow, and launched the innovative 1Bill app—an all-in-one bill management platform that simplifies household and business expenses. Today, the Compare & Connect Group employs 200+ staff across Australia and New Zealand and maintains a strong foothold in real estate and affiliated industries through long-standing partnerships.

Neil’s leadership is defined by a clear vision, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative, cross-functional approach. Before founding Compare & Connect, he built a successful career in designing and leading high-performance contact centres, spanning sales, marketing, and customer loyalty operations.

He holds a Master’s in Electronics Engineering from RMIT University and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO)—a global community of CEOs committed to lifelong learning and impact. Neil’s well-rounded expertise covers marketing, IT, finance, sales, and investor relations, positioning him as a dynamic leader capable of driving innovation and long-term growth.
