About the speaker

As the Co-Founder and COO of Mentorloop, Heidi Holmes has been instrumental in developing a global mentoring platform that empowers organizations to create scalable, impactful mentoring programs.

Prior to Mentorloop, Heidi founded Adage Australia, an online job board dedicated to connecting experienced workers with age-friendly employers. The platform was acquired by OneShift in 2015. Earlier in her career, she held roles at KPMG and SHAPE Australia, where she honed her expertise in tax consulting, marketing, and public relations.

Heidi holds a Master of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from RMIT University. She is passionate about making mentoring mainstream and believes in the transformative power of the right connection.
