Event description

How do you design resources that truly meet the needs of children and young people with disability?

Over the past year, CYDA has worked with 40 co-designers and multiple disabled artists to create practical new tools for children and young people with disability and their families.

From children’s books, a podcast series, parents’ guides, and more – our new Take Charge of Change resources focus on navigating life’s big changes, like starting school or finding a first job.

Join CYDA in our free webinar on Tuesday, 21 October to:

  • Hear directly from disabled young people and families involved in the project

  • Gain behind-the-scenes insight into how lived experience informed CYDA’s co-design process

  • Get an exclusive first look at our 30+ brand-new resources

  • Ask questions during an interactive Q&A

Who is the event for?

  • Advocates, sector representatives, and supporters

  • Researchers or organisations looking to embed lived experience in their projects

  • Young people with disability and parents or caregivers
