Entry instructions

Use the Zoom URL link provided in your confirmation email to access the event. The same Zoom URL may be used again to join any Learning Meetup in 2023. Entry is permitted 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive before the host you will be welcomed to a waiting room.

After entry instructions

Remember to set your video and audio preferences before entry. The active use of the audio "mute" setting when you are not speaking helps to reduce background noise.

Hazards

The whiteboard function in zoom has limited read aloud capability. To work around this limitation, spoken descriptions of visual content will be provided on request at any time.

Digital Accessibility

This event is hosted online via Zoom We regularly use the standard zoom features of video, audio, chat, whiteboard and associated annotations on the whiteboard. Occasionally we may also use screen share on request and only with user permission. You can access the event with the provided URL and view the meeting directly in a web browser on your desktop, tablet or mobile phone, however for best performance we recommend you join the Zoom app first.
