Learning to drive, together in Burnie
We're here to support the learning-to-drive process.
We're coming to you with a series of free and practical 1.5 hour sessions for parents/guardians and learner drivers.
Join RACT and a driver trainer to cover everything you need to know to make the most of the learning-to-drive experience, including:
Staged approach to learning to drive
Coaching strategies for supervisors
Planning and reflecting on practice
Importance of driving in varied conditions
Road rule refresher
What the driving test involves
Road safety discussion and shared experiences
General Q&A and open discussion
Free to attend with small groups of 10–20 participants
Attendees will receive a voucher for a free RACT driving lesson for learners and supervisors to attend together, in addition to snacks and a goodie bag.
Please note the intention is for a learner-supervisor pair to attend the session together. Please register ticket quantities based on the learner and supervisor combinations attending.
