Learning to Manage Conflict the Social Impact Way
Building 11, Level 3, Room 206 (CB11.03.206)
UTS Global Goals Month
Event description
Using social impact tools, this workshop will be an opportunity to learn how to use differences in opinion and approaches as opportunities for growth. Conflict is a healthy part of any organisational relationship but can lead to disaster if not managed effectively. But when approached reflexively and with empathy, conflict management can help foster an environment of trust and respect that leads to effective collaboration.
This is an engaged workshop.
