NOTE: LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT.
About the event
Join us for an exclusive practical session exploring how technology can help remove barriers to learning and create more inclusive experiences for every learner. The day will connect the principles of high-quality teaching with accessible digital practice, including direct instruction, modelling, guided practice and independent learning.
We will explore how the built-in accessibility features available on iPad alongside tools available via Hwb can support the effective use of technology across teaching and learning. Hands-on activities will also introduce Microsoft Immersive Reader and Reading Coach, with a focus on supporting literacy, confidence and learner independence.
In the afternoon, participants will apply the ideas and tools introduced during the day to a real lesson, activity or resource from their own practice.
