What you can expect: 

  • Discussion about what good governance looks like under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. 
  • Insights from Edwin Boshier, who acted for the former Port of Auckland CEO at trial. 
  • An outline of what comes next, what should boards be doing and how their health and safety teams should be helping them do it.
