Leather Book Cover Workshop at Rosey Ravelston – Craft, Connect, Create
Escape to the heart of the Blue Mountains for a creative afternoon at Rosey Ravelston Bookstore in Lawson. Nestled among the shelves of this cosy bookstore, this three-hour workshop on the 31st of May will guide you through the timeless art of leathercraft.
Guided by Rachel from Dengate leather you'll craft your own A6 leather book cover – a perfect companion for your journal or notebook. Learn to measure and cut out your book cover, punch and prepare holes for stitching, hand-stitch with wax thread, finish the edges, and attach a button and closure strap, all in the warm vibe of this unique literary hideaway.
This workshop will guide you through each step to create a unique, durable cover for your cherished reads or notebooks. Rachel will provide all materials and tools required to make this an enjoyable afternoon event.
