Description

Join Treaty 3 Ojibwe Artists Cindy Hamilton and Teresa McDowell for a 2 Day Mitten workshop. 10am-4pm both October 24 & 25, at Folk School Warroad.

You will learn how to make a pair of leather mittens with fur trim, from start to finish. Grants from NW MN Arts Council and Northwest MN Foundations enable this class to be offered for only $80 ($60 for Natives). Space is limited.  Bring lunch or be prepared to go out and get something. 

Each participant will leave with a pair of beautiful mittens.

All supplies provided. Ages 14+
