This holiday season discover the art of Leathercraft and make some fun, handmade gifts! From earrings and brooches to cuffs and key rings.

In this workshop, you’ll learn basic leatherworking techniques for 2D and 3D designs while creating your own unique and sustainable leather jewellery and accessories. There are lots of colours and finishes to choose from.

You'll be guided through all steps, including creating patterns and using shape punches, stitching and stud work as well as how to attach all the jewellery and accessories fixings.

All materials and instructions provided to make several one-of-a-kind pieces.

What we will cover?

In this hands-on workshop you will learn:

  • Basic leatherworking tools and materials
  • Simple pattern making
  • How to add Studs
  • How to attach jewellery/accessory fixings
  • You will also learn more on types of leather, sustainable leather practices, emphasizing the importance of minimizing environmental impact and repurposing materials.

Who will be teaching?

Gosia is a leatherworker with a lifelong passion for crafting and restoring goods. Based in Melbourne, Reservoir she specializes in using
recycled leather to create custom products while promoting sustainable practices. With years of experience and a dedication, Gosia is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with aspiring leather enthusiasts.
