Kaye and Nicole will guide you through a unique session filled with fun, laughter, and festive cheer. Kaye is an expert Children’s Yoga Teacher Trainer, an extraordinary poet, and a guru of imagination. This workshop is all about exploring new ways to move, think, and breathe, embracing the holiday spirit in a way you’ve never experienced before.
