Join NSW Upper Hunter’s own Kaye Wright for a playful and festive yoga experience that will rejuvenate your joy and spirit.
Kaye will guide you through a unique session filled with fun, laughter, and festive cheer. Kaye is an expert Children’s Yoga Teacher Trainer, training adult yoga teachers on how to be FUN!. Kaye is also an extraordinary poet and a guru of imagination.Â
This workshop is all about exploring new ways to move, think, and breathe, embracing the holiday spirit in a way you’ve never experienced before.
