The Moon Festival (or Mid-Autumn Festival in the northern hemisphere) is a cherished tradition in many Asian cultures, symbolising family reunion and harvest.

Leeton Moon Fest 2025 brings this rich cultural experience to Leeton, fostering community spirit, promoting cultural understanding, and providing a fantastic day out for families and individuals of all ages.
Last year's festival was exceptionally well-received, drawing a large and diverse crowd. To ensure the sustainability and growth of this beloved community event, we are seeking support from local businesses and organisations who share our vision of a vibrant and connected Leeton. Our sponsorship benefits offer significant visibility and demonstrate your commitment to multicultural enrichment in a community to whom the East Asian community has contributed so much.

We have developed several sponsorship tiers designed to provide excellent value and recognition for our partners:

● $1,000 Naming Rights: Name a popular game stall ensuring prominent branding and direct engagement with attendees (Five game stalls available), as well as your company logo on the large stage-side banner.
You will also receive Poster Recognition and Social Media Acknowledgement benefits outlined below.

● $300 Poster Recognition: Your company logo proudly displayed on all promotional posters distributed throughout Leeton and surrounding areas, and featured on our stage-side banner. We typically display posters in approximately 50% of retail premises on Pine Ave, and intend to have them visible throughout September on the main street . You will also receive Social Media Acknowledgement benefits shown below.

● $150 Social Media Acknowledgment: Dedicated posts and mentions across our festival's social media channels, reaching our growing online audience. Between our audience and cross-posting by our partners in the non-profit community, you can expect tens of thousands of impressions (views) of your logo. This is a very good value option! Your logo will feature on our social media tiles, and we will create specific Facebook and Instagram posts thanking you or your company personally.

Monies intended for future years will be kept in trust, and disbursed to the Leeton Moon Festival committee in the corresponding year at the request of the organisers. If the Festival does not run in any given year, then the money will be refunded for that year.
