Description:
Celebrate the Spring Moon spirit by crafting your own lantern! Enter our contest for a chance to win prizes in categories like Most Creative, Best Glow, and Kids’ Favorite. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, all ages and skill levels are welcome!

How to Enter:

1. Register below (individual or group).

2. Build/decorate your lantern at home..

3. Bring it to the festival by 4:00 PM, 5 Oct 2025 for judging.

Prizes: Gift hampers from local sponsors + featured on our social media!

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to all ages (under 18 requires guardian consent).

   • LRPC members/sponsors may participate but cannot win prizes.

2. Lantern Rules:

   • Max dimensions: As long the participants can carry it unto the stage.

   • Safe materials only (no open flames; battery LEDs encouraged).

3. Judging:

   • Criteria: Creativity, craftsmanship, and adherence to theme (“Moonlit Traditions”).

   • Decisions are final.

4. Liability:

   • Participants assume responsibility for their lanterns. LRPC is not liable for damage/loss.

5. Media Release:

   • By entering, you grant LRPC rights to use images of your lantern for promotion.

6. Deadlines:

   • Registration closes 1 Oct 2025. Late entries may not be judged.
