Event description

Leeton Bazaar is set to continue this year, attracting patrons eager to savor delectable cuisines. If you are a vendor interested in offering food to fellow fasting individuals or locals seeking exotic dishes, please take note of the following guidelines as you prepare for the event:

Stallholder Guidelines

  1. Setup Time: Stall setup is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Stallholders may park nearby to unload their items.
  2. Pack-Up Time: Stall pack-up is scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. During this time, please ensure your area is left clean and that all waste is disposed of in the designated bins. Stallholders are permitted to park nearby for ease of transfer.
  3. Business Hours: Stallholders should commence sales from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, or at least 30 minutes after sunset/Iftar, to allow fasting patrons an opportunity to eat. Remaining on-site during this time will help maintain a vibrant atmosphere, potentially enhancing your business profile through customer interactions.
  4. Dietary Requirements: Given that the bazaar primarily caters to Ramadan attendees, we require stallholders to sell only halal products. This entails strict prohibitions against pork, alcohol, and reptiles. Non-compliance will result in the rejection of your stall application.
  5. Certification and Insurance: All food stallholders must possess a valid Food Health Safety Certificate and maintain Public Liability Insurance coverage. This ensures compliance with health standards and safeguards against potential liabilities. Please upload a copy of these documents or email them to events.fay@gmail.com or LeetonPridefestival@gmail.com. If you lack these documents, do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.
  6. Food Safety: To prevent food contamination, it is mandatory for food stallholders to utilize gazebos or tents for their stalls and to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including aprons, gloves, and hairnets.
  7. Stall Mapping: Adherence to the allocated stall mapping is crucial. This helps prevent confusion and ensures that stalls with specific utility requirements have proper access.
  8. Power Requirements: If your stall requires power from nearby outlets, please bring your own extension cables to ensure necessary access.
  9. Vehicles: Vehicles are not permitted within the event area; however, stallholders are welcome to park in nearby parking lots.
  10. Pricing and Payment: Ensure that all products and menus display clear pricing and provide a transparent payment system to facilitate smooth transactions, whether through cash or PayID.
  11. Belongings and Equipment: Stallholders are responsible for their own belongings and equipment. Please ensure they are secure and well-maintained.
  12. Deadline: Stall registration will close on February 26, 2025. To ensure smooth operations, please finalize your registration by this date. This allows us to plan your spaces accordingly and guarantees your spot at the venue.
  13. Engagement: Consider incorporating interactive elements to engage bazaar-goers and enhance their experience at your stall. Creative features such as banners, neon signs, or elaborate decorations can significantly improve visitor interaction.

We are here to support you throughout this process, so please feel free to reach out with any questions or for assistance. We look forward to a fantastic event together!
