Event description

Join us for a free 3-day animation workshop during the school holidays, proudly supported by Aboriginal Affairs NSW and hosted by the Leeton & District Local Aboriginal Land Council. Led by Wiradyuri animator Bernard Higgins (Birdyulang Animations), this workshop invites Aboriginal youth to explore cultural storytelling through digital animation. Participants will learn storytelling, design, and animation skills while connecting with Wiradyuri language and culture in a supportive, creative space.

This workshop is part of the broader Kin, Country, and People program and includes hands-on guidance, all materials, and catering. No prior experience is needed — just bring your creativity and your story.

Proudly supported by Aboriginal Affairs NSW.
