Legacy showcases some of the finest works ever written for brass band, featuring music from the genre's most influential composers. From sweeping melodies and breathtaking solo features to powerful symphonic works, this concert highlights the rich heritage and enduring artistry of brass band music. 

At the heart of the program is Philip Sparke's magnificent Hymn of the Highlands — a landmark work that paints vivid musical landscapes through stirring themes, virtuosic solos, and cinematic grandeur. Alongside Sparke's masterpiece, audiences will experience music by other celebrated composers whose works continue to inspire performers and audiences around the world.
