Legal GenAI Clinic - Generative AI Document Analysis

Event description

The Legal GenAI Clinic (LGAIC) is brought to you by the Centre for Legal Innovation (CLI) in collaboration with Dr. Mitchell AdamsCLI Distinguished Fellow in Emerging Technologies and LLB Course Director, Swinburne Law SchoolSwinburne University of Technology.

In this Clinic, we focus on legal GenAI in action. We ask participants to share their experiences and use cases so we all learn more and don't have to start from scratch!

As you all know, legal GenAI works best when we bring a whole bunch of expertise to the table. Everyone is welcome. The sessions are very informal.

In our next Legal GenAI Clinic on Thursday 1 August between 1pm - 2pm AEST Mitchell will be discussing Generative AI Document Analysis.

In this session we'll cover:

  • How to leverage GenAI to analyse and generate textual content
  • Explore experiments demonstrating the benefits and challenges of using AI tools
  • Prompting techniques for analysing case law
  • Techniques for extracting and interpreting statutes

Before you join this LGAIC session, or even after it, check out these FREE CLI resources:

    • CLI's Legal Generative AI Summit 2023 videos and podcasts - 9 sessions addressing the big issues and different solutions here
    • CLI's AI for Legal foundation series of videos and podcasts - 9 sessions focusing on all the fundamentals here

Also, if you would like access to a lightly curated news feed on all things legal GenAI, please join our Legal Generative AI Global Community here.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS EVENT WILL BE RECORDED BUT THE RECORDING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE LGAIC GROUP. Membership is FREE, you can join here.

    See you there!
