To adhere to the rules set forth by the Department of Real Estate we have the following REQUIREMENTS:

NO MOBILE OR MINI DEVICES

Per ADRE rules for CE credit, you are required to have a webcam or external camera and microphone.

Your camera must remain stable/still during the class and positioned so the instructor and class monitor can see you centered from the shoulders up and in FULL FACE VIEW. You should be seated at a table or desk. (DRIVING OR RIDING IN A CAR WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.)

You must participate in class activities, polls, chats, etc.

You must login on your own device. No sharing of devices or logins to assure your attendance in class.

If you do not regularly use ZOOM meetings, we recommend signing on at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to make sure you can resolve technical issues prior to the start of class. (Again, we regret that we are not able to provide technical support should you have technical problems).

Registering for this class indicates you understand the rules and agree to abide by them.
