In this webinar, Petrina Macpherson and Famin Ahmed from Minter Ellison will provide an overview of the key obligations for legal practitioners in appropriately managing conflicts of interest. They will outline good practice approaches that support sound decision making in line with ethical and statutory requirements, and cover some key areas that can present challenges in managing this critical area of legal practice. Solicitors can claim 1 CPD Ethics point by attending this webinar.
