In this year’s annual Community Legal Centres Queensland Legal Practice Ethics webinar, Tony Deane from Clayton Utz will explore key current issues of legal ethics that legal practitioners need to be aware of, and discuss good practice approaches to managing the issues in line with ethical and statutory requirements.
Tony will also examine relevant 2024 disciplinary matters prosecuted by the Legal Services Commission against lawyers and law practice employees.
Tony Deane is Special Counsel at Clayton Utz, and has also served as a member and past chair of the Queensland Law Society Litigation Practice and Procedure Committee since 1995.
Solicitors and Barristers can claim 1 CPD ethics point for this webinar.
