LEGO® Robotics Teacher PD (FIRST LEGO® League)

Enhance Your Robotics Coaching Skills!

This FREE PD event is designed as a comprehensive prequel to the FIRST LEGO® League robotics competition for primary school students. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to guide and coach your students in their robotics journey.

Who can particpate?
Available only to primary school teachers who are competing in the FIRST LEGO® League.

What will I learn?

• How to use the LEGO® coding app
• Effective game strategies to help students excel in the competitions
• Hands-on experience in building a simple yet functional robot
• Programming basics for robot competition tasks
• Q&A session covering the game and competition rules
• Participate in a mock competition to put your new skills to the test

Tea/coffee available. Lunch will be provided!
Please bring a water bottle. Drinking taps are available onsite. 

Equipment
Please bring any LEGO® kits you have and a device for the coding and programming sessions. Extra kits and devices can be provided to use on the day.
