Leighs Construction - Otago Medical School Site Visit

The University of Otago's Christchurch campus redevelopment project is now underway, with costs rising to over $220 million due to factors like the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially planned as a $150 million project in 2018, the six-storey building will house laboratories, a research department, and specialist equipment. Construction is expected to be completed by 2026.
