The Album Show presents ‘The Music of Lennon and McCartney’. This show is more than just another Beatles related tribute show. This show focuses on the songs they wrote – together and alone. For The Beatles, for their solo careers and for other people.
The 5 piece band of experienced ‘Beatle performers’ will tell the story of these iconic songwriters in a unique way. Separating their contributions into ‘chapters’, and comparing and contrasting their approaches across ballads, rockers, solo songs, Beatles tunes and more, we get to see and hear how similar, yet how unique these two men were, while also speaking to how close they were, and how distant they became.
With scintillating performances, evocative visuals and a compelling narative, this show promises to show yet another side of the enduring legacy of Lennon and McCartney.
