Join The Rev'd Christopher Waterhouse, Rector of St James' King Street, for a Lenten Retreat in Hobart, Tasmania. With thanks to the generosity of the clergy and communities of All Saints South Hobart, St Raphael's Fern Tree and St David's Cathedral, the retreat programme is focussed on prayer and reflection with time for quiet and time to be with others. Christopher will give a series of short talks about the three gardens of the Bible; The Garden of Eden and The Fall (Genesis 2 &3), The Garden of Gethsemane where Christ prayed on the night before his crucifixion (Matthew 26, Mark 14 Luke 22), and the Garden of God of the new creation with the tree of life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations (Revelation 22).

The retreat programme is outlined below. You will need to make you own travel arrangements to and from Hobart but transport from All Saints South Hobart to Fern Tree and to the Cathedral will be arranged. A list of suggested places to stay is also available.
