Event description

Afterpay is one of the biggest tech success stories of the decade - but do you know how a couple of young Kiwi entrepreneurs helped propel it into the $14 billion venture it is today?

Dovetail is a full-service product development agency that specializes in building digital products that scale. They lead consumer product development at Afterpay and over the past three years have helped Afterpay grow into a global payments leader. The web and mobile products that Dovetail designs, builds and maintains for Afterpay now serve over 7 million customers every month in four international markets.

This webinar will be moderated by Cheryl and joined by Nick as he tells the story of how they helped transform Afterpay into the global juggernaut that it is today as well as revealing the lessons learned from their rapid growth and success.

During this event, we will cover the following:

  • How the experience of selling a VC-backed company lead Nick to start Dovetail
  • How Afterpay partnered with Dovetail to build the fastest-growing public company in Australian history
  • Strategies for growth
  • When and when not to partner or outsource
