Originally from London and now based in Sydney, Lester has built an internationally recognised career through a relentless passion for creating — and a knack for blending cinematic visuals with raw human connection.

With over a decade behind the camera, his projects range from independent features to global campaigns, and his work has been officially selected at festivals including Sydney Film Festival, Flickerfest, and Rhode Island IFF. Whether he’s directing on set or capturing intimate stills, Lester’s creative eye is matched by a deep understanding of production — writing, shooting, and editing with precision and purpose.

Known for standout films like Finding Home, The Charge, and Mother, his storytelling has earned accolades from CANIFF, Cineverse, and SHOTS Creative Asia/Pacific. If you want to learn what it takes to make beautiful work that actually connects — Lester’s your guy.
