Let Love Be Heard
Description
Some events tell stories.
Some events sing songs.
The most memorable ones create connection.
Join Inachord Singers Tauranga for an inspiring afternoon of music celebrating love, hope and belonging. Through contemporary choral works, timeless favourites and moments of joyful reflection, Let Love Be Heard explores the relationships, memories and experiences that shape our hearts.
Through music by India Arie, Jason Robert Brown, Kyle Pederson, Sherry Blevins, alongside beloved favourites including Over the Rainbow, Pokarekare Ana, Dancing Queen and You Are My Sunshine, this carefully curated programme becomes a musical journey. From laughter to longing, courage to gratitude, each piece forms part of a larger story celebrating what it means to belong.
At Inachord, we believe music has the power to bring people together. We create experiences where stories are shared, songs are sung, and strangers leave feeling more connected than when they arrived.
This concert continues our commitment to supporting Good Neighbour, because we believe the spirit of generosity and community should extend beyond the stage and into the lives of others.
Whether you come with family, friends, or simply a love of music, we hope you'll leave feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and reminded that when hearts unite in song, remarkable things happen.

Good Neighbour
Good Neighbour exists because we believe the best communities are built by the people who live in them. We see a Tauranga where everyone plays a part, where generosity is shared, where no one is left to struggle alone, and where neighbours know that together they can create lasting change. We are more than a charity delivering services. We are a movement that brings our city together. We connect people who want to help with people who need support. We bring together time, skills, resources, businesses, volunteers, and communities, creating opportunities for everyone to contribute in meaningful ways. At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: everyone has something to give, and everyone has something to receive. When we make space for people to know one another, share what they have, and work towards a common purpose, stronger neighbourhoods and a stronger city naturally follow. Together, we are building a Tauranga where people don't simply live alongside one another; they care for one another. A city where everyone can play their part. A city where being a good neighbour is simply how we do life together.
