Creative Exploration Holiday Workshop for Children aged 7-12
Christchurch School Holiday Special • Limited Spots Available

Dates and Times:
There are two options to choose from these school holidays:

Wednesday 24th September 2025 - 9.30 AM – 12:30 PM

Friday 26th September 2025 - 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The format is the same on both dates but the content will vary if children wish to attend both workshops. (Please select the correct day/s at check out.)

• If these dates/times don't suit please contact Pera directly, as she offers various options/flexible times to work 1 on 1 or in other group settings.

What does this creative workshop offer my child?
Give your child the gift of self-discovery and explorative play these school holidays.

In this fun, magical half-day workshop children will:

• Connect with their inner world through various creative and mindfulness practices

• Explore their energy and emotions safely through regulation, resilience and self expression

• Develop connection and collaboration with nature and their peers, using recycled & natural materials

• Take home handmade creations and leave with accelerated confidence from inspired self-discovery

More than art—creativity becomes a powerful tool to enhance connection, communication and conscious exploration.

These sessions are designed to support creatively expressive children as well as children navigating various forms of anxiety, trauma, emotional or nervous system regulation neurodivergence and the like.

Nurture and empower your child’s authenticity these school holidays in a mindful, playful and enthusiastic environment!

What to bring/wear:

• Comfortable/older clothing for movement and art - clothing that you don't mind getting messy, or paint on!

• Lunch box/snacks, water bottle, any medication needed.
  Please advise the facilitators of any allergies or important need to know information about your child prior.
  

  Please advise: if they're coming to simply explore their creative expression or if they're coming for tools to support what they're navigating emotionally.
  Both are about exploration and expression through creativity and both with be gently guided in this safe and nurturing space.
