Kia Ukaipō Brunch - Let's talk about breasts

Kia Ukaipō Māori Women's Welfare League branch members are all about our wahine, tamariki and whānau.

With this event, we are focusing on breast health and wellness where we will be highlighting breast cancer and the importance of breast screening and early detection among wahine Māori.

Kia Ukaipō branch members want to bring wahine together to share kai and talk about these important kaupapa in a safe environment and with shared kai. We are really fortunate to have Charnelle Rutene and Alex Tuhura share their personal experiences with breast cancer. Come and share space as we grow our knowledge respectfully together.
