I'm excited to invite you to my online workshop, designed to support you through both the physical and emotional challenges of perimenopause (and menopause too).
In this workshop, you'll learn practical tools to manage your mental health through hormonal changes, and more. Led by an experienced hypnotherapist, you'll participate in group exercises and guided hypnosis sessions to help alleviate stress and promote well-being.
Part 1 (10-11am) - This hour will focus on managing the physical aspects of perimenopause, helping you understand and respond to the changes in your body with greater ease. By the end of the session, you'll feel empowered with proven tools—designed to support your well-being
Part 2 (11.15-12.15) will address emotional and mental health challenges, empowering you with relaxation techniques, positive visualisation, and stress reduction strategies.
